Are you Ready to create some magic in your life?
Introducing you to the Empowerment Club. This is our safe space to heal, thrive, grow and glow together.
I am currently busy creating some exciting programmes and events that are going to help you transform your mindset, level up your life and get going on those amazing creative ideas on your to-do list.
If you’re more than ready to witness and be the designated driver of your own personal transformation then I am ready to share the secrets of my decade+ of deep personal development work, which helped me to transform my life from:
- Suicidal thoughts
- Generalised anxiety disorder
- Regular panic attacks
- Agoraphobia
- Depression
- Working in an industry I hated for 12
- Being in a financially and emotionally abusive relationship
- 6 years of infertility and failed rounds of IVF
To
- Graduating from the Birkbeck University of London with a counselling qualification.
- Marrying the man of my dreams
- Becoming a Mum
- Featuring in a global Barbie diversity advertising campaign
- Co-founding an award-winning digital marketing agency
- Starting a podcast to have conversations that matter to us.
- Turning my passion project into a reality despite sustaining a life-changing spinal cord injury at the beginning of the global pandemic.
I have real-world experience of resilience and thriving after trauma. My boyfriend died suddenly and unexpectedly before my eyes when I was just 18, I survived sepsis and a haemorrhage in labour and ended up with a life-changing spinal cord injury at the beginning of a global pandemic.
I’ve got some real skin in the game with it comes to overcoming challenges and solving problems and now I want to share everything I’ve learned from my greatest lessons, in the hope that I can show you how you can thrive despite all the crap that gets thrown your way.
I am on a mission to see just how good life can get regardless of the adversities that we face. Do you wanna join me?
Whether there is a passion project you want to make a reality, or perhaps there are some self-limiting beliefs holding you back from your true potential. I’ve got some tips and tricks up my sleeve that will help you on the road to living a truly blessed, resilient and fulfilled life.
You absolutely deserve the best of what life has to offer and I hope you know that.
We are creating a space for you to thrive, where you can begin to see that personal transformation that you know you’re both worthy and capable of.
I can’t wait to see where this journey takes us, my sister.
