Returns
Only damaged or faulty goods can be returned. Prior to ordering please carefully select your sizing, detailed sizing information is available on the website. You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging and have evidence of proof of purchase.

Damaged Item?

We carefully pack all items in house and by hand, ensuring the highest standards (babes is a Virgo), when your parcel leaves the Curl Squad HQ it’s in perfect condition. If your package arrives damaged it’s important that you take a photo of the damaged parcel prior to opening it so we can report it to the courier service, please email us at info@thecurlsquad.com to notify us.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
payment).

You will receive the credit within 7-10 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping
If you receive a damaged item we will refund the postage cost of returning the item to us, UK customers please return by Royal Mail recorded post.
