About mE
I offer 1:1 empowerment programmes to help women get unstuck. I'm a professional problem solver and an intuitive and the empowerment of women is at the heart of what I do.
After the sudden death of my boyfriend 20 years ago I fell free fall into depression and generalised anxiety disorder for 10 years.
I wanted to solve the problem of feeling like life wasn't worth living.
I was able to turn my life around by transforming my thinking, working hard on my mindset and overcoming outdated behavioural patterns that were holding me back from my peace and happiness.
I went on to graduate with a HNC in Counselling and Counselling Skills at Birkbeck University of London.
Since overcoming my trauma, anxiety and depression I have gone on to escape a corporate banking career to co-found an award-winning digital marketing agency Digital Group Media before becoming a Mum to my amazing daughter.
I've developed a methodology that helps me to stay productive, creative and positive even when life throws its worst lot at me. I mastered my mindset and I want to help you do the same.
My life changed at the beginning of the pandemic when I sustained a life-changing spinal cord injury. After my injury, I went on to launch the Curl Power Podcast, launch the Curl Squad merch and win a Woman of the Year honour at the 2021 Treasure Tress TT Awards.
My injury taught me not to waste time doing work that doesn't set my soul on fire which is why I'm now working exclusively with women like you, to help you overcome your invisible blocks and start living the life you know you deserve.
So if you're ready to live a happy, purposeful and authentic life I can help, book a free discovery call today.

About the Curl Squad
There are a lot of women in this country that lacked inspiration and representation growing up, I was one of them. This limited my potential to believe in what could be possible for myself for many years.
I created the Curl Squad after decades of feeling overlooked and undervalued in society around me, as a woman, a woman of colour and now one with a disability.
We need more spaces that prioritise the needs, ambitions and experiences of women and to highlight our powerful and inspiring stories. When one woman heals and thrives she often inspires another to do the same.
The name Curl Squad came from the sense of sisterhood that came about with the rise of the natural hair movement. A moment in time when women started to honour themselves and their natural beauty. It was a pivitol moment that triggered the awakening of a level of consciousness that unleashed an untapped potential.
It was an empowering turning point in the direction of self-love and self-awareness.
You absolutely deserve the best of what life has to offer and I hope you know that.
This is space for you to thrive, we'll hold space so you can begin to see that personal transformation that you know you’re both worthy and capable of.
I can’t wait to see where this journey takes us, my sister.
